This invigorating drink gives me the energy needed to manage 3 little warriors age 5 and under, as I work from home as a semi-stay at home daddy.  

 

 
 
 
Incan Warrior
1 (or 2) Tablespoons Maca powder (Navitas Naturals www.navitasnaturals.com)
2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao powder (Navitas Naturals)
1 Scoop Chocolate Superfood Powder (Amazing Grass www.amazinggrass.com)
8 ounces organic milk (dairy or Manitoba Harvest Hemp Bliss hempmilk www.manitobaharvest.com)
8 ounces brewed yerba mate (Guayaki www.guayaki.com)
Sweeten to preference with approx. 1 Tablespoon sweetener (raw sugar, agave or maple syrup)
 
We make this in a hot chocolate machine/blender.  Mix mate and milk and then add all ingredients and blend for 5-10 minutes.  Pour and blast-off.
